Meet Diana
Diana’s Canadian immigration story starts in 2011. Although originally from South Korea, Diana grew up as an immigrant in Sao Paulo, Brazil. After falling in love with Vancouver, she made the bold decision to immigrate to Canada through the student pathway. After graduating from UBC, Diana immediately began working as an international student advisor.
After 2 years of positively impacting the lives of thousands of students, Diana found her calling and returned to UBC for her Diploma in Immigration and Citizenship Law in 2017. She successfully passed the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council’s immigration consultant exam and became a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) in 2019.
During this time, Diana had an incredibly successful career with EY Law’s immigration team where she helped Fortune 100 clients with their immigration needs. After 2 years with EY Law, Diana joined Imagine Immigration where she received direct hands-on mentorship from prominent BC immigration consultants Nina Brachmann and Marlene Jan.
After another 2.5 years with Imagine Immigration, Diana was finally ready to start MYGRATION. In 2021, Diana co-founded MYGRATION with the vision of modernizing immigration services for both employers and individuals utilizing all her experience working under some of the best immigration professionals in Canada.
