If the client remains dissatisfied, a full or partial refund of earned fees, along with all unearned fees, may be issued at Mygration's discretion.

When must I request a refund?

Refund requests must be submitted before your immigration application is submitted. Requests made after submission are not eligible under the Money Back Guarantee.

Does the guarantee cover immigration application refusals?

No. The guarantee applies only to the quality of services provided by Mygration Immigration. Government decisions, processing times, policy changes, and application outcomes are outside Mygration's control and are not covered.

What happens after a refund is issued?

Terms and Conditions of the Money Back Guarantee

Eligibility: The Money Back Guarantee applies only to ‘Full Representation Services’ provided by Mygration Immigration Inc. Additionally, the Money Back Guarantee applies only to the quality of service provided by Mygration Immigration. It does not apply to government decisions regarding applications, as these are beyond our control and strictly prohibited by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants. Our service scope and client expectations are clearly outlined in the Service Agreement you signed with us. Any matters not covered in the agreement will be assessed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Mygration Immigration Inc.
Refund Process: The Client must notify us of their dissatisfaction in a timely manner via email (to their designated Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant). The Client must provide specific reasons and examples of their dissatisfaction. Mygration Immigration will attempt to address and resolve the issues raised by the Client. If the Client remains dissatisfied, a full or partial refund of earned fees, plus all unearned fees, will be issued at the discretion of Mygration Immigration.
Scope of the Guarantee: The Money Back Guarantee applies only before the submission of the Client’s application. Refund requests made after submission will not be eligible, as the final decision rests with the government.
Limitations: This guarantee is not applicable in cases where dissatisfaction arises due to factors beyond the control of Mygration Immigration, such as government processing times, policy changes, or decisions.
Termination of Agreement: Upon the issuance of a refund through the Money Back Guarantee, your Service Agreement will be terminated, and Mygration Immigration will no longer be obligated to provide services to the Client.
