- A rating of 4.5 stars or higher.

- Official Quotation: Clients must submit an official quotation from the competitor, either on company letterhead or in a direct email. The quote must include:
- A detailed list of services provided.
- Currency and pricing.
- A scope of services.
- Scope Match: The competitor’s services must match or exceed the scope of services offered by Mygration. This ensures an apples-to-apples comparison of what’s included in the service package.
- Price Beat Exclusions: Prices will be matched on the base price only, excluding taxes, government fees, or disbursements. Complex immigration matters, as assessed by Mygration, are excluded from this guarantee.
- Unrealistic Competitor Quotes: Competitors offering significantly lower prices than industry standards may be excluded from this guarantee.
Additional Terms
- Single Submission: Clients may submit only one quotation from a competitor. Once we provide our Price Beat offer, no additional quotes will be accepted.
- Offer Validity: Once we present our Price Beat offer, it will be valid for 5 business days.
- Non-Adjustable Offer: Once the Price Beat offer is given, it cannot be revised or adjusted.
- Verification Process: Mygration reserves the right to verify the competitor’s offer.
- Non-Aggregated Discounts: The Price Beat Guarantee cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
